I have always believed in balance. I live that in my personal life to the best of my ability. I have been blessed to have the opportunity to allow this philosophy to spill into my profession.

I am of the belief that with a healthy lifestyle you can attain peace and happiness. I take fitness and nutrition to fuel my healthy body and use therapy and counseling to fuel a healthy mind.

I began this journey with multiple challenges life threw my way. Starting as a child in the performing and visual arts set the creative foundation in my heart. Working with children as a teen and onward highlighted my desire to help children and their families. As I took my journey through college and graduate school I realized I had an ear for listening. Through my personal journey I realized the benefits of fitness and nutrition and how they helped me through difficult times in my life. These interests are what brought me to HEALTHY MINDS and MORE Counseling Services.

I became a licensed mental health counselor in 2016 and have worked with individuals who have had a variety of areas for improvement and growth. Including but not limited to depression, anxiety, marital/relationship concerns, parenting problems, low self-esteem, co-dependency and many more.

I have an eclectic therapy style where I utilize interventions, techniques, and theory to best suit you in a way that speaks your language. I tend to gravitate towards person-centered and solution focused modalities. I believe in holistic wellness and health and have a warm approach to clients. I tend to view the therapeutic relationship as me helping you guide and navigate your journey. I look forward to working with you!
